KAMPALA， June 1 (Xinhua) -- A court in Uganda on Wednesday recharged five suspects in a 2010 bomb attack with terrorism-related offences， days after they were acquitted.


Police spokesperson Fred Enanga said four Kenyans and a Ugandan national appeared in Jinja Magistrate Court in eastern Uganda.


Prosecutors said the five， while at Luzira Upper Prison in the capital Kampala， created documents and materials to ask or help conspirators to carry out terror acts.


A Ugandan court last Thursday acquitted the five of charges of terrorism， murder and attempted murder. Eight other suspects were found guilty.
